אנדרו פוקס הוא עמית מחקר בכיר במכון ירושלים לאסטרטגיה ולביטחון וקצין לשעבר בצבא הבריטי. שירת בין השנים 2005–2021 ופרש בדרגת רב סרן. שירת עם הצבא הבריטי באפגניסטן – כולל לצד כוחות מיוחדים אמריקניים – וכן שירת בבוסניה, בצפון אירלנד ובמזרח התיכון. כיום משמש כחוקר במכון הנרי ג'קסון ומרצה ללימודי מלחמה באקדמיה הצבאית המלכותית סנדהרסט.
