Jacob Laviel Dallal

Jacob Laviel Dallal is a research fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS). He is managing director of the Comper Center for the Study of Antisemitism and Racism at the University of Haifa, lectures and conducts research on public policy with a focus on antisemitism, and serves as a consultant to NGOs and politicians. Dallal has worked for the Israeli government at the Ministry of Strategic Affairs and has held senior public relations roles at the Jewish Agency for Israel, Birthright Israel in New York, and the Mandel Foundation in Jerusalem. Born in Chicago, he holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and is a major (reserve) in the Israel Defense Forces Spokesperson’s Unit.
