ד״ר אושרית בירודקר היא עמיתת מחקר בכירה במכון ירושלים לביטחון ואסטרטגיה (JISS), המתמחה בגיאופוליטיקה של המזרח התיכון ושל הודו. עבודת הדוקטורט שלה נכתבה באוניברסיטת בר אילן בנושא יחסי הדת והגיאופוליטיקה בין הודו לסעודיה. ד"ר בירודקר משמשת גם כמנכ״לית ומייסדת של חברת "אינדיויד" המסייעת לחברות ישראליות להגיע לשווקים האסיאתיים. ד״ר בירודקר הינה חברת קהילה בולטת בקרב הפזורה ההודית בישראל אשר הקימה מספר מיזמים בתחום.
